About Chris
Chris is our Senior Osteopath and Director of Osteopathic Spine & Sport.
Specializing in various aspects of general health, Chris has a keen focus on alleviating both acute and chronic pain, enhancing posture and alignment, and preventing injuries. His expertise extends to the treatment of headaches, spinal pain, and hip pathologies.
Continuing his education, Chris has pursued additional qualifications in dry needling, postural taping techniques, exercise prescription, and addressing sporting injuries for both the upper and lower limbs.
Chris provides care for adults, adolescents, and children.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Chris, once an avid football and cricket player, now channels his leisure time into golf, ocean activities, and gym sessions. During any free moments, he dedicates time to expanding his knowledge in movement-based therapy and rehabilitation. Chris also expresses a desire to delve deeper into the realms of pilates and yoga.

Worked as a private Osteopath for the Ladies Professional Golf Association across the United States, U.K, Europe & Asia.
